Manifesting, taken to the next level · 14 min · 7 Hz
Stop trying to manifest.
Your body already knows how.
Shift Reality is the 14-minute physical protocol: a 7 Hz beat in your ears, the same pulse through your chest, and your goal rehearsed as memory at the moment your nervous system can accept it. From Itzhak Bentov's Stalking the Wild Pendulum and the CIA's declassified 1983 Gateway report.
Why manifesting hasn't worked
The usual answers — "you're not feeling it," "you're in lack," "you're forcing it," "subconscious blocks" — all describe a state problem with no tool to fix it. Feeling a goal as already real from a braced, anxious body rarely takes.
Bentov's research measured something concrete: during a held breath, the heart and aorta set up a standing wave near 7 Hz that rocks the whole body. A 1983 Army/CIA-commissioned report (declassified in 2003) built on the same frequency-following idea to describe how sound can bring the two brain hemispheres into sync. Shift Reality stacks both: a 4–2–6 breath, a 7 Hz binaural beat, and the same 7 Hz felt as a pulse on your chest — the body state first, then the goal, rehearsed as memory while that state holds.

Do I need headphones?
Headphones make the binaural beat work properly since each ear needs a slightly different tone. No headphones today? The app has a speaker-mode setting that swaps in an isochronic beat instead.
Does the phone-vibration pulse work on iPhone?
Not yet — the vibration API it uses is an Android Chrome feature. iPhone gets the full audio protocol and visual pendulum, just not the felt chest pulse.
How long until I notice anything?
The onboarding demo is built to be felt in about 20 seconds. What it does for the goal you're patterning builds with repetition, like any rehearsed memory.
Is it safe?
It's a quiet, seated or lying-down practice — a breathing pattern, a tone, and an optional phone vibration. People with a seizure disorder, a pacemaker, or who are pregnant should check with a doctor first, and it should never be used while driving.
