What stays on your device

Everything about your practice — your saved goals, your session history, your settings — is stored in your browser's local storage. It is never sent to a server, because there is no server to send it to. Uninstalling the app or clearing site data deletes it for good.

What we do collect

We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics tool, to see which parts of the app and site get used — things like "a session was started" or "the upgrade screen was opened." We do not record your screen, and the text of your saved goals is never included in any event we send. Analytics run only in your browser's local storage, not tied to a server account.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record. We receive a license key to validate your plan status — Lemon Squeezy's own privacy policy covers payment details.
